Wassail Weekend brings a smile to folks of all ages. Woodstock village is decked for the season in wreaths, garland, and lights. Visitors enjoy historic tours, carriage rides, productions and caroling, artisan fairs, visits with Santa, the equestrian parade, and lighting of the yule log (bonfire), memory tree, and luminaries.
One snowy evening I drove out to Woodstock to see the glowing village under a blanket of fresh fallen snow.
I headed south from the Upper Valley to Reading to see the iconic Jenne Farm. Next, we headed north toward Woodstock to explore Cloudland Road, stopping at Sleepy Hollow and Cloudland Farm. We also visited Sugarbush Farm and Woodstock town.
